Job description main activities: support and create conditions for business stakeholders in latin america related to lfr (legal, fiscal and regulatory compliance) agile scrum methodology, kanban and tools (jira, trello and planner) provide technical expertise in identifying solutions and assessment requirements to be implemented focus on continuous improvement of processes and technology, using value stream mapping. Provides training and support documentation, as well as business preparation and service transition. Collaborate and shape implementation requirements with business stakeholders in latin america related to lfr (legal, fiscal and regulatory compliance) and saas, using the agile methodology scrum, kanban and tools (jira, trello and planner) responsible to define the needed business cases with internal team and process owner, defining business outcomes, including current baseline and future target metrics, such as leading indicator and linking to strategic kpis. Work with data analysis and information to solve business issues, providing opportunities for continuous improvements of processes and technology, using value stream mapping.
