You will be based in nieuwegein, netherlands, report to the out of home country manager, benelux and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across europe finland, uk, belgium, sweden, estonia, this role you will have the opportunity to work in partnership with customers and grow our branded market position, always driving towards market and category leadership in all relevant paulig you will dobusiness planning and follow upsales forecasting, prognoses and monitoring against targets (supported by market data from category management)margin analysis, terms & conditionsbudgeting on customer levels and product groupsgo-To-Marketcreate and execute customer strategy wholesalers and key accounts in terms of sales value, profit, distribution and promotionmarket understanding, competitor movements and consumer trendsunderstand customer, customer and wholesaler demands and development trendsdevelop, implement and evaluate in a structured way all promotions at customersinitiate category development and space management projects to optimize category performance of paulig and the customertenders and contract negotiations with current and potential new customersactively seek increased distribution and new prospectsoperational excellencecontinuous development of way of working maximize customer experience at optimized costsmanaging and monitoring discounts and joint marketing expensesfollow up payment terms and initiate actions related to net working capitaloptimize outbound value chain together with supply chain / logisticsforecast accuracy, including input to demand planning about sales campaigns and assortment changes (phase in/out)what we expect from youyou would be a great fit if your ba
