In fact, we only work with the top 3% of talents in latam. As a member of the jobsity recruitment team, we are going to work to find you the right position depending on what is important to you. Requirements Conversational english level. Must reside in latam region Senior software engineering experience on full-Stack development projects. The stack balance would ideally be 50/50 (or 60% ruby and 40% react). At least 5+ years of professional experience with ruby on rails. Experience with react, and typescript. Track record of learning and writing quality code in multiple languages. Api engineering and integration capacity for restful services (graphql familiarity is desirable). Experience with the entire software development lifecycle in the agile/scrum framework. Knowledge of monolithic architectural concepts and modularization. Ability to quickly move between different features and projects with a strong interest in experimentation. Experience or willingness to mentor junior team members.
