Lukes fundraising goals. The avp for individual giving has direct responsibility for managing the individual giving team (annual, major and leadership gifts), partnering with the vice president of development to develop, implement and support strategic fundraising priorities and initiatives, and soliciting/closing gifts at the major, leadership and principal level ($25k-$5m), with a primary focus on solicitations at the principal and transformational duties and responsibilities:leads and manages the individual giving team by ensuring that the appropriate systems, staffing, and procedures are in place to support fundraising goals. Serves as a resource, role model, and coach to the individual giving team, setting clear performance expectations and holding them accountable for to create goals that strengthen and enhance a culture of collaboration between annual giving, major and leadership gifts, and gift planning to inspire multi-Faceted and blended gifts. Participates and supports the development and implementation of operating and strategic fundraising priorities (including capital campaigns)
