Responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. But most importantly, one that aspires to set new standards and transform the industry with his/her e atribuições Responsibilities:continue to build and polish a disruptive brand positioning. Being able to execute such positioning on different touchpoints of the customer journey - From offline to online. Cultivate and grow word of mouth/earned consumer and shopper behavior and identify trends to optimize the customer journey and increase retention. Build clear hypotheses and experiments based on different research, data and past experiments to demonstrate with the global acquisition, data and product team to design and implement targeted acquisition strategies to attract new customers. Balance and grow different acquisition channels (performance marketing, influencer and affiliate marketing, referrals, alliances and search). Ensure each channel improves cac:up-To-Date on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the acquisition with the product, data and tech teams to improve the website and mobile app user experience to increase cus
