Highly energized and self-Driven with great passion for recruitment Strong relationship-Building & team collaboration skills Comfortable in a fast-Paced, rapid-Growth environment Excellent verbal and written communication skillsrequirements and qualifications Bachelors degree in psychology, business administration, hr management or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in a similar hr role Advanced office package special for excel (domain in vlookup and pivottable formulas) Strong oral and written communication skills Knowledge of the sap system (success factors) is a plus Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.
