Responsibilities:- Manage all financial activities within a multinational subsidiary - Ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial records and management reports - Ensure that financial policies, procedures, reports, budgets and systems are effectively implemented and comply with the legal and fiscal regulations - Be part of the subsidiary management team, aiming to achieving business results and growth - Financial reporting and control, according to local and corporate requirements - Optimization of the legal/tax structure of the company - Treasury cash flow management, collection and ar management - Business support, including financial planning and analysis - Local and international tax handling - Implementation of internal controls procedures - Analysis of real costs vs. Theoretical, project financials - Participate in the formulation and implementation of general company policies, objectives and budget processes - Supervise the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of operation - Develop and implement standard operating poli
