Toradexs brazil office hosts parts of the global sales, marketing and r&d teams, composed of several engineers working on diverse tasks with global reach. Toradex teams are mission-Oriented, high-Performing, collaborative, and empowered to innovate & improve products & services (including open-Source projects) for the benefit of our customers and the industry. Roles & responsibilities as a sales operations intern, you will work closely with our vp of global sales to enhance our crm (sugarcrm) usage and assist in various sales analysis tasks. Your responsibilities will include learn and support the items below: crm optimization: collaborate with the sales team to identify areas of improvement in sugarcrm usage and ensure accurate and up-To-Date data entry. Dashboard creation: develop visually appealing and insightful dashboards to monitor key sales metrics, including funnel performance, conversion rates, and pipeline progression. Sales process analysis: analyze the sales process from lead generation to closure, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting strategies for improvement.
