Boeing brazil is seeking a mid-Career structural analysis engineer reporting to the structures manager, working out of the são josé dos campos office. The mid-Career structural analysis engineer will join boeing global services and/or boeing commercial aircraft structures team and will develop and provide support for the primary and secondary structure of the 7-Series boeing fleet. Position responsibilities: develop, integrate and document structural modifications on system and sub-System levels guide product design and verify structural integrity of parts and components by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to ensure safety, quality and performance of the product participate on customers and other stakeholders communication to drive solutions that meet or exceed expectations investigate root causes and customers reports and provide timely responses to the fleet events define affected structural requirements, create certification reports (analysis or tests) to substantiate stress analysis results to be disclosed and approved by customers and regulatory agencies support in-Service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements works under general direction this position is hybrid/telecommuting. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at one of the listed location options.
