Job role/title: relationship manager-Agribusiness/relationship manager department: agribusiness salesgrade/designation: deputy manager to manager reports to: regional sales head agribusiness role description:agri relationship managers are the key front line resources of sales channel and they are required to source and generate fresh business directly from market as per product and policy. Their prime responsibility is to convert that sourced business into disbursements subsequently. Prior to login the fresh business in system, they have to visit the house and farm of customers personally and has to verify their kyc compliance and repayment capacity through personal verifications and reference check from nearby market/neighbours/within the village itself. Apart from sales, he has to perform various housekeeping activities like, timely renewal/review of live cases, collection of live cases twice in a fy, churning of accounts, pdis, facing audit remarks if any responsibilities:1. Compliance of banks policy, process and product2. Revenue generation3. Portfolio quality management wrt quick morality, 0verdues and npa management 5. To maintain tat for decision the case6. Regular interaction with customers, peers and other stake holders7. To close the audit queries in stipulate time8. To provide real time information regional sales head on adverse finding in the area 9. Cross selling of third party products of bank whenever asked to do from inception we have worked only in foods, agriculture and development domains.
