Key responsibilities as solution architect, you understand the customers physical and digital information environment and identify challenges provide problem solving as it relates to iron mountain services. You are responsible for the scoping and solution design across the iron mountain digital portfolio. You provide support for the technical portion of rfps and rfqs. You provide solution configuration recommendations, architectural diagrams, quote/schedule/contract/sow creation, modification and support. You engage with the iron mountain sales team when an opportunity is identified and requires technical solution design and architecture expertise to aid in further qualification, positioning and deal advancement. This advancement includes building rapport, setting expectations, positioning value and providing solution design to solve the customers technical and business challenges. Your qualifications 5+ years of experience as an expert in pre-Sales of digital solutions, experience in cloud saas is strongly preferred. Background and proven experience in consultative solution approaches, pre-Sales process and technology focused-Solutions selling. Experience in
