Role overview we are looking for: a proactive team member that will report to procurement operations provisioning service connection support leader in curitiba and will have the accountability and responsibility to promote the standard services and to push for more compliance for any stakeholder in our processes. He/she will be part of a worldwide team in charge of supporting our internal end users in their procurement journey. We count on you for: promote and remind standard services and how to access them to avoid any recurring non compliance ease and promote the users self service approach (push to left) using standard solutions support the local organizations to utilize the procurement services at its best through best practices sharing and identify areas of improvement which could generate process competitive advantages for the entire scope provide spot training to user community on procurement solutions to reinforce compliance in case of process non compliance, ensure stakeholders follow up to unblock the process (like workcycles, ticket not answer, ) establish a
