The positionby joining our team in exploration & production international you will have the opportunity to: report to the leader ofcompetence management area and deliver on the points below (not limited to): build internal pipeline for operations capabilities lead and coordinate offshore installation manager (oim) and offshore first line leaders (fll) development programs development of digital and other current/future competence needs aiming to always safe, high value and low carbon operations identify technical competence needs and propose development/learning solutions to close gaps define and maintain course catalogue for equinor brasil operations in close collaboration with internal provider (equinor university) design an offshore trainee program.
