Identify potential roadblocks and design innovative strategies to overcome resistance, ensuring a smooth and successful adoption process.- Stakeholder engagement extraordinaire: engage with stakeholders at all levels, from c-Suite executives to end-Users, building excitement and driving buy-In for our platform services. Your exceptional communication skills will foster a culture of understanding, alignment, and support across the latam ou.- Training maven: design and deliver training programs that empower our community to harness the full potential of our platform services.
