As the worlds leading gsa and tourism representation organization with 65 offices in 59 countries, aviareps represents airlines as well as destinations, hotels, attractions, airports, cars, trains, cruise lines, retailers and import/export organizations, and offers a full suite of b2b and b2c services which includes sales & reservations, marketing, digital, and pr the next possible date we are looking for a:pr account executive /d)your responsibilities will include:full management of international travel/tourism clients, being a day to day client correspondentparticipate on regular calls as requested by the clientdraft press releases, press kits, pitches and media alerts (and distribute them accordingly)organize and escort press tripsmanage status reports on a regular basisorganize and coordinate other pr & marketing initiativescoordinate clients market visits in brazilsecure quality media placements by proactively pitching mediaexecute creative development of strategic pr plans as requiredyour profile:degree in public relations, journalism or related fieldat least 3 years of experience in pr for the travel & tourism industryfluency in english, additional languages (french, spanish) are advantageousexperience on daily management of international clientsgood knowledge and connections with top-Tier media in brazilstrong communication skills, orally and writtenresults-Oriented mindsetexcellent presentation skillsavailability to travel (national and international) if you really like to travel, thats a bonus!Great relationship with gastronomy, lifestyle, art/culture and fashion journalists, bloggers and influencers (advantageous)social media knowledge (advantageous)valid passport and visa to travel to the usa is essentialour offer:contemporary salary & benefitshybrid scope of work with flexibilitywell-Located office near avenida pau
