This individual has responsibility for analyzing consumer issues related to asurions business and products, issue spotting and managing multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team player, with strong attention to detail, excellent issue-Spotting skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and strong time management experience. Experience with asurions business, client programs and business processes is a plus, but not required. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience. Demonstrates good analytical skills and judgment to evaluate factual and qualitative information in complicated or novel situations must be able to analyze issues, research customer transactions and identify resolution path. Proven track record of establishing and meeting slas (deadlines) in high volume work streams and must be able to prioritize and communicate questions to supervisor or regulatory counsel. Develops thorough understanding of asurions client programs, business processes, and key stakeholder relationships to advocate positions appropriately establish strong collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and drives communication with client teams, underwriter teams and agency contacts.
