Position Job title: senior product manager - Palovarotene division / function: business unit neuroscience & rare diseasesmanager (name, job title): business unit head, neuroscience & rare diseaseslocation: são paulo, brazilSummary / purpose of the positionWithin the framework of ipsen brazils business objectives and approved budgets, develop and execute the brand and operational plans for palovarotene to achieve financial and marketing strategies and contribute to business decisions around palovarotene products the readiness and execution plans for the launch of palovarotene and potential new rare disease products responsibilities / job expectations- Brand strategy and execution:- Develop strategic and operational plans for palovarotene in collaboration with the cross functional brand team.- Lead the execution of the marketing elements of the strategic and operational plans.- Creation of approved promotional materials and marketing initiatives and programmes.- Engage with the field force in the implementation of tactical initiatives within the strategic and operational plans, including time in the field.- Deliver a robust customer profiling, segmentation and targeting approach to ensure effective and efficient resource allocation, which drives sales results.- Develop market insights:- Utilize direct customer and stakeholder engagement to identify, explore and capitalize on key market opportunities.- Support ongoing market and sales analysis to identify and communicate key market dynamics impacting performance.- Support market research and advisory board activities to deliver and track product and market insights.- Directly engage customers to ensure thorough understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, behaviors and perceptions.- Account management:- Act as a role model within the account management process from account prioritization through to delivery of activities.- Closely monitor activities and sales results within priority accounts and propose/deliver
