This person will implements policies and programs to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting main activities will be:- Create, develop, own and execute a clear communications strategy and annual plan for the commercial and global operations organisations in latin america (latam) - Encompassing internal, external, customer and crisis communications - With a goal to protect and enhance the reputation of iron mountain and that of the cbps internal customer(s):- Provide proactive and reactive communications oversight and guidance for latams senior leaders, to ensure the communications strategy and plan aligns to the latam business strategy and annual plan, and connects to iron mountains purpose, enterprise strategy and core values:- Ensure latams communications strategy and annual plan reflects and is delivered within communications strategies and frameworks determined by the communications centers of excellence (coes):- Develop core messaging that reflects the
