And if thats you we would love to have you join us!Job description:what you will do- Vendor relationship management: develop and maintain strong working relationships with transportation vendors, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring seamless coordination of transportation activities.- International and domestic lane management: oversee and optimize transportation operations for both international and domestic lanes, balancing cost competitiveness with the highest level of service.- Rfi and rfq process: lead the request for information (rfi) and request for quotation (rfq) process in the latin american region to identify potential transportation partners and assess their capabilities.- Continuous improvement: propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transportation processes, reduce lead times, and improve overall efficiency.- Process improvement: collaborate with cross-Functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement, increasing agility, and minimizing disruptions in day-To-Day transportation execution.- Relationship building: establish and maintain effective communication with business units, logistics, and customer care teams to ensure alignment in transportation strategies and seamless execution.- Day-To-Day support: provide guidance and support to local teams in transportation-Related matters, addressing any
