Are you ready to help us make the future?Primary function:this role will have responsibility for the financial results including direct ownership for revenue, gross profit (gp) and utilization for the honeywell connect industrials business within the latin america region. The regional business leader will be responsible to provide direct leadership to a team of regional leaders that will enable local execution of global strategies in order to deliver profitable growth of our hci is a key leadership role in the hci organization. The role is to lead with p&l ownership and responsibility for driving orders and generating revenue, gross profit (gp) and operating income by providing leadership to local sales, operations, services :- Oversight and accountability for overall lar p&l and contribution to annual operating profit (aop)- Forecasting for business as part of management operations review (sro)- Ownership for revenue, gp and oi for the hcp business within the region.- Responsible for interface with local sales teams and hci sales teams to deliver strategy for orders and revenue growth in lar- Work with local sales teams to drive business growth in lar- Drive strong partnerships with hps to ensure collaboration and results- Work with engineering to leverage talent within engineering centers to suggest and recommend additional capacity and manage variances in regional business volume- Work with corresponding le
