Ba/bs degree or equivalent - Professional fluency in english and spanish- 10+ years of enterprise technology experience driving large initiatives, preferably working in market or competitive intelligence, business value engineering, sales enablement, and/or customer-Facing technology sales experience- 2+ years of managing direct reports- Understanding of computing concepts in general and/or aws-Specific technologies, platforms, and solutions- Ability to show customer focus, ownership, urgency, and drive- Self-Starter with proven problem-Solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-Technical individualsjob summarylead a team of cloud experts focused on arming aws sellers throughout latin america with aws differentiators and strategic positioning. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of field-Facing resources and removing barriers to adoption of the aws computing platform across multiple industries. Your team will teach and evangelize differentiation concepts with aws field sales teams, customers, and with cross-Functional marketing, enablement, and product teams. As a strategic partner to sales and external customers, you will identify emerging signals and best practices to serve the broader organization. As a leader, you will aggregate trends, insights, and best practices across latam to influence awss sales and go-To-Market strategies, as well as aws product and development are looking for experience in one or more of the following: managing sales/bd teams, competitive intelligence and analysis, business value engineering, sales enablement, and customer-Facing technology sales experience.
