This person must work through effective collaboration with each of his brand managers, the integrated marketing communication team, insights, trade marketing, commercial and financial leaders. The professional must ensure long term thinking through responsible decision making, consistent brand performance and activation program analysis, maximization of key agency partners and new portfolio development. This role has 3 direct you can expect:leadership- Commercial brand management with ownership of the brands p&l.- Ensure brand performance scorecard delivery to determine corrective actions where necessary in conjunction with sales, insights and other marketing counterparts.- Lead the integration of annual brand plans for the 3 groups of brands.- Lead the distribution and scalability of jd fob a&p.- Develop and manage brand objectives, strategies and promotional programs for jd fob.- Lead the briefing, development and approval process for any local creative or global creative adaptations, working with the agency partners and the planning & insights team- Support the imc manager to develop brand co
