Overview: the hr manager will report to the director of hr & operations, americas region, partner closely with hr center of excellence teams in the us and in headquarters, and serve as a critical role in supporting the company growth in latam - Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the human resource strategy in supporting the company growth in brazil, mexico and other south american countries.- Develop and implement hr policies to satisfy compliance requirements and work environments consistent with tencents core values- Develop and implement hr processes that shape the employee lifecycle and are efficient, scalable and compliant with all regulatory requirements- Manage the immigration program, develop policies and procedures for a successful execution of our immigration operations in brazil, mexico and other south american countries, partner with immigration lawyers to deliver timely and effective immigration services- Manage vendor relationships and explore external vendor resources to enhance hr services and employee experience- Provides support and guidance to management and employees when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management, and employment law in brazil, mexico and other south american countries- Partner with regional hr coe functions in executing hr programs in brazil, mexico and other south american countries, such as training, compensation, benefits, performance management, cultural and d&i initiatives- Partner with hrbp teams in providing sound hr services to different business groups- Travel to various offices in braz
