We are looking for a Manager, income tracking & royalties assurance To join our team in são paulo. You are a highly committed team player, keen to be part of the worlds fastest growing music company, missionCollect various income streams and usage data from all over the world. It is checked, then double-Checked so our clients are paid fully, accurately, and on time, throughout some task such as:- Conduct various income analysis, comparing income against usage data (e.G. Nielsen) and historical earnings- Identify copyright usage from various sources, including but not limited to tv stations- Build out tracking controls and processes for new income streams- Support the development of analytical tools and dashboards needed for your role- Project future catalogue earnings based on market data- Report on income tracking efforts and results- Establish relationships with 3rd party sources (labels, cmos, publishers, tv stations)- Inquiry income gaps with sources and pro-Actively drive for income recovery- Work closely with other departments (admin, royalties, lba, finance) and foreign affiliates to address tracking inquiresYour profile- You already have experience with royalty accounting, income tracking, or revenue assurance in the music industry.- You are business fluent in portuguese and english and have a strong analytical mindset.- You have advanced excel skills and are able to analyse, extract & manipulate data from high volume datafiles.- You are committed and have an eye for detail.
