Assist ad-Hoc projects towards process improvement, as needed. Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential. Other ptp administration tasks as assigned from time to time. End to end validations and ontime processing of purchase orders. Understanding and execution of procurement/purchasing administrators key responsibilities. Processing of amex card requests, and answer associated enquires. Addressing enquires about procurement tools and applications. Ensure audit/sox compliant. Analyzing error log, escalations and subsequent action planning. Documentation and audit support. What it takes strong communication skills required to manage interactions with customers. Business application skills preferred (e.G., sap, microsoft office suite, systems, applications, products). Understanding about procure to pay cycle. Good analytical skills to support decision making on day-To-Day operations. Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements and makes recommendations.
