The opportunity we are looking for service management (sm) consultant to join our highly motivated team. People who have the motivation to develop and excel in micro focus technology and deliver value to our on problems of diverse complexity and scope. What you are great at responsible for delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project. Tasks may include performing systems configurations, troubleshooting systems errors/problems, monitoring and/or testing systems performance, and contribute to the design of technical solutions for customer environments. Works with and under the direction of the project/technical manager and with customer nominated representatives or independently as a consultant to customer. Liaises with solutions architect as appropriate (case to case basis). Should be confident and capable of handling solution implementation / customization / configuration/ upgrade of the tool / solution. Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to a defined business segment. Provides advice on solution and integration opportunities to defined segments. . Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment. Demonstrates execution of the microfocus strategy. Contributes to knowledge tools and communities and ensures project learnings are documented and shared. Acts professionally with the company customers.
