The opportunity reporting into the order management function, this manager will manage opentexts order management function in a specific area with a focus on people, operations and stake holder management. This role of a first line manager requires a strong focus on people leadership, operational efficiency, and cost optimization within the order management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders while developing, implementing, and managing people, process improvements and initiatives. In this position you will gain a broad understanding of opentexts overall business and will provide visibility and understanding across the organization. You are great at Leading a team within the order management function, including coaching, and mentoring, fostering a collaborative and high-Performance culture, and setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and conducting regular performance reviews.
