This person will plan, control and manage the allocation of offshore resources to attend the demands of the projects and contracts for the responsibilities: controls the planning for the number of crew members needed to meet the offshore projects according to the demand of each pob and adherence to local standards analysis of legal requirements (clt, normative resolutions, government ordinances, maritime legislation (stcw), etc.), contractual requirements, vessel flags, immigration aspects and requirements, visas, among others to provide the best solution of offshore resources for the companyanalysis of the qualification and certifications necessary for the crews to operate in brazil support and support to the tendering department for the preparation of commercial proposals interface with project managers and coordinators and offshore resources (plsv and epcis) to contribute with pob inputs to meet the demands during the contractual period continuous interface with off staffing (br and uk) to support and define the allocations of brazilian and expatriate resources interface with the skill pool and hr to define the hiring and promotions to meet the future projects interface with logistics and t&c to align the deliveries of the needs of each project / contract elaboration of kpis, maps and simulations for management and proposals of the allocations of offshore resources preparation of contingency - Availability for traveling (onshore and offshore) - Bachelors degree in corelative areas - Post graduation, mba or specialization in project management - Knowledge of power bi, control spreadsheets, management software, power point presentations - Advanced english spoken and written - Experience with budget and financial planning of human resources (offshore) - Logistics and planning of embarks and disembarks - Knowledge of immigr
