Position overview: financial reporting manager is responsible for leading and developing the groups statutory reporting/compliance center of excellence. The role contributes to the groups consolidated external reporting and to other finance projects as they arise. This position manages the production of statutory accounts for group entities, liaising with external audit teams, tax, accounting teams and external service providers. Some of the key responsibilites include monitoring and researching us gaap ifrs reporting differences to facilitate preparation of statutory accounts under local gaa and managing operation of the sox controls for compliance and reporting. Key responsibilities include: works to build out the increased centralization of compliance activities, broadening the scope of activities undertaken by the team understanding and implementing reporting regulation changes in the geographies served develops knowledge of retirement benefit, share based payment and other specialist accounting areas to prepare relevant disclosure notes for statutory accounts supports the controllers group through global finance projects as they arise responsible for leading the entity rationalization activities, related to
