This role is both strategic and attorney will be providing strategic and operational legal support regarding a broad range of legal affairs including commercial, manufacturing, litigation, competition law, anti-Corruption, regulatory, environmental and other legal matters. The attorney serves on the brazil core lead ethics & compliance, this will be the first and single point of contact for the local business teams. Responsible for the execution of routine, day-To-Day e&c activities. This includes the operational implementation of our e&c policies and processes, training, and reporting, supporting, and supervising the local senior compliance analyst. The individual will also help bridge local language needs, provide necessary local or regional regulatory context, and work with the e&c center of excellence, to maintain consistency in the application and adherence to our e&c policies and responsibilities:provide strategic legal counseling to the brazil organization member of brazil core lead teamdaft, review and negotiate all types of contracts related to the businessproactively prevent, detect and respond to legal risks in the commercial operationsprovide for all legal needs of manufacturing sites procedures, legal and regulatory issues involving the manufacturing site, legal support to procurement activities for the siteprovide legal advice on competition lawdevelop training plan and provide
