Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: create alert danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic senior quality analyst to take support hard and soft service in facility area, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding guest experience, managing vendor contracts across the areas, to secure high-Level service from all the service functions. Job responsibilitiesresponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: manager and support facility suppliers to deliver the service according to targets (hard and soft facilities service). Step in on quality process to interview local people to identify and implement process improvement based on iatf16949, iso9001. Coordinate the internal and external quality audits. Replay the customer inquiries of quality related issues. Keep live the quality system and the certification, (iso9001). The person should have a high-Level communication cross division and colleagues to support and engage the business on facilities and quality process. Support also, danfoss global strategies / programs (esg, office of the future, branding, one fm, savings, etc.). The ideal candidate possesses these skills: background engineer, business administration combined with a minimum of 5 years professional experience with facility and quality process management (iatf16949, iso9001) along with stakeholder. Advanced english and structured mindset with ability to interpret needs, articulating ideas clear, prioritizing and managing the needs of multiple stakeholders, while seeing the bigger picture to successfully deliver the activities according to time. Provides high level of communication, support and engagement to the team and the business. Drives and develops operation excellence mindset among own department/area of responsibility.
