At gympass, you not only have the opportunity to build a career in a fast-Paced global environment - But youll make wellbeing universal, so everyone can be happy and opportunityWere looking for a talented Director product manager To join our Base focus area (vms team) To work in Lisbon or são paulo!Your impact- Drive the development of the core services to support and enable gympass products for users, clients and partners in the new microservices ecosystem while being flexible and extensible to incorporate new business models- Drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with various cross-Functional teams and stakeholders within gympass to propose new product solutions as well as to continuously review and improve the current product functionality and performance- Partner with other product teams to align on dependencies and deliver impact to our users, clients and partners- Build and clearly communicate your product vision in addition to the product benefits to our users and stakeholders- Drive product planning, build and manage high quality product roadmaps- Work closely with engineering, data and product design teams to delivery well rounded, scalable and stunning products- Create okrs, goals, metrics and track their progress- Explore new ways of improving existing services, products and process- Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and you are- Used to work of product management with great tech products- Desirable experience building core systems and defining foundational business rules in close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering as well as several other product teams- Desirable experience leading products full of dependencies- Analytical and quantitat
