Job description Job responsibilities: We are looking for a scala/blockchain engineer, you will be responsible for the development of our blockchain protocol, including: Protocol design, software design, development, testing, technical debugging, blockchain deployment, occasional tooling and sdk development, and occasional customer support Job requirements: Bs in computer science, computer engineering, or similar Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies Good organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a remote-Work environment Experience with the jvm, git, and scala development (5+yoe) Experience with functional scala libraries, including: cats, cats-Effect, and fs2 Nice-To-Have: Experience with open-Source software development Experience with docker, kubernetes, grpc, web3, bitcoin Familiarity with ouroboros or other proof-Of-Stake consensus protocols, and other blockchain layer- Remote Requirements English at a communication level is required.
