Purpose & overall relevance for the organization: the affiliates marketing manager oversee and drive all ecommerce functions relating to affiliates marketing (content, loyalty, cashback and influencers), including operations, agency management, partner communication, marketing, and analytics. This person is accountable for the overall performance and success of our affiliates program in brazilthe objective of the role is to drive revenue growth through high quality partnerships and efficient and effective commission rates from affiliates partners to brazil ecommerce or app. Manage a performance marketing agency to develop wide-Reaching affiliates marketing (content, loyalty, cashback, and influencers), and constantly optimize e atribuições Key responsibilities:- Responsible for overall affiliates program operations including but not limited to: promotion calendar, agency briefing, marketing activations and partner prospecting.- Responsible for overall affiliates marketing campaigns: campaign calendar, agency briefing, campaign implementation, structure and activation, audience development and testing.- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners. Collaborate with them to optimize retention and acquisition programs to achieve target efficiencies and sales goals- Monitor analytics and reports to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations and enhancements to affiliate sites and program- Leverage analytics and consumer insights to define and implement enhancements to our partner program- Manage business to achieve financial targets. Monitor kpis/metrics and make adjustments to ensure business is maximized. Communicate site performance to the larger ecommerce team- Analyze performance of campaigns and sharing insights with the wider organization- Responsible for top and bottom-Line growth of the affiliates marketing campaigns to achieve incremental sales, roas and total contribution goals- Manage daily/weekly/monthly reporting
