As an hr business partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic hr support and guidance to the mine sites management team and employees. You will collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure effective human resources management practices, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives within the mining environment. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the mining industry and possess strong interpersonal and analytical hr planning: develop and implement hr strategies aligned with the mine sites business objectives and industry best relations: provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict acquisition: collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements, develop job descriptions. Work in partnership with the designated talent advisor to share business conditions and insights in support of proactive talent searches. Performance management: support the implementation of performance management systems and processes, ensuring fair and objective performance evaluations, coaching, and feedback to drive employee development and and development: identify training needs, design training programs, and coordinate delivery to enhance employee skills and knowledge in areas critical to the mine sites and benefits: collaborate with the hr team to develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs in line with industry standards and company and policies: ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, monitor hr policies and procedures, and recommend updates or improvements as management: support change initiatives within the mine site, providing guidance and coaching to management and employees to facilitate smooth reporting and an
