In this position you will be responsible for site level promotion, implementation, and maintenance of ehss systems, programs, and initiatives to support tennecos conformance with applicable ehss legal and other requirements and to minimize ehs legal risks and liabilities. Key responsibilitiescoordinated and consistent implementation of tennecos ehs policy, procedures, standards and guidance documents, programs, and initiatives, including management of related ehs sharepoint site, ehs management system, and other enterprise systems that ensures communication to the global ehs team. Analyze ehs legal obligations and risks and develop initiatives and action plans to address those obligations and risks, including but not limited to environmental permits, submission of required reports, and maintenance of data are properly managed by sites in the region. Evaluate and assess the internal ehs incident reporting process/system including participating in root cause investigation (in person as needed), development of corrective and preventive action plans, communication of lessons learned and usage of electronic incident reporting tool.
